Facilities Management Specialist

Facilities Coordinator Role
You will be responsible for coordinating facilities across Australia to ensure effective management of the facilities. This includes coordinating environmental and sustainability initiatives, repairs, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales and Technical Services managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout ANZ.
- Coordinate and prioritize technical support site visits in the Sydney metropolitan area, Queensland regional, and as directed by the ANZ Technical Services Manager.
- Provide continuing support and mentoring of TFPP products with a high level of professionalism in day-to-day interactions with internal and external customers.
- Develop technical expertise of JCI Fire Detection products.
- Develop technical expertise of customers through development, promotion, and delivery of agreed and effective training and mentoring programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics or 6 years of experience in Fire industry programming Detection Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of JCI Detection Products.
- Ability to train customers.
- Willingness to assist customers both onsite and offer technical support offsite.
