As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our global growth and talent acquisition efforts.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire top talent across various disciplines
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Draft and review employment contracts
  • Collaborate with the TA team to plan and execute recruitment campaigns
Requirements:
  • University qualifications (bachelor's degree or higher) in Human Resources, Business/Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years' full-service recruitment experience from agency or in-house within the Science or Engineering sector and preferably within a consulting environment
  • Experience reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and a range of HR Information Systems
