**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Fine Dining Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their requests are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve guests in a professional and attentive manner.
  • Work cohesively as a team member to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Serve items with flair and professionalism, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by consistently delivering exceptional service to our guests.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fine dining industry.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Holds a current RSA certificate.
