About the Role

As the Front of House Restaurant Manager at Hide Steak & Bar, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the front-of-house operations of our esteemed restaurant. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth within our thriving hospitality organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests
  2. Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of the front-of-house team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall restaurant experience
  4. Liaise with the kitchen and management team to ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage offerings
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous development
  6. Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment for the front-of-house team
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a front-of-house management role within the hospitality industry
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both customers and staff
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  5. Proficient in managing budgets, staffing, and operational processes
  6. Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience
  7. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded
