Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Health Support Specialist.

This role involves providing personal care and support services to our aged care customers, empowering them to live independently within their own homes and communities.

  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and mealtime support
  • Provide help at home, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Build relationships with clients and their families, conducting regular check-ins and offering ongoing support and training

Key Requirements:

  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
  • Flexibility and availability to work varied rosters between Monday to Friday
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination with a minimum of 2 doses
  • Alignment with values of respect, empathy, and compassion
  • Minimum 12 months experience in delivering home health or community care services
