**About The Position**

We are currently seeking support workers who are looking to work within a supported team, who are passionate about creating connections in the community and providing our clients with the care and support they deserve to enrich their lives.

We are recruiting for our team in the Maitland / Largs / Thornton / Metford areas.

We offer flexible working hours to suit your needs, we accommodate your availability to support a healthy work life balance.

Our clients are primarily Aged Care Individuals who we support in their own home to empower independence. We support our clients in various ways from assisting with domestic tasks and personal care to providing social support and transport services.

We also provide assistance for people, who may have learning, developmental or social difficulties, who need additional support in their homes. They may have complex needs such as Autism, Bipolar, BPD and / or physical challenges.

**Required Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Certificate III or further qualification in a related industry field
- Working with Children's Check
- Recent National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- A valid driver's license and comprehensive car insurance
- Required Covid Vaccinations

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $43.44 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
