Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and direct all aspects of large construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate various stakeholders, ensuring high standards and adherence to safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all construction site activities: safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor work progress, ensuring high standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to meet project objectives.
  • Liaise with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in Tier 1 or 2 construction.
  • Proven ability to manage and direct large-scale construction projects from $70m upwards.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
