Project Management Expertise Sought

We are looking for a seasoned project management professional to lead our part-time projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives in a flexible working arrangement.

About the Role
  • Oversight of project planning, implementation, and tracking from inception to completion, including responsibility for scope, costs, and deliverables.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and other Services departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently and assembling/leading matrixed, virtual teams.
  • Delivering billable project tasks and activities as required; occasional travel may be necessary.
  • Application of project management methodologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Professional Services project management, including client software implementations throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in a second European language is an asset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultures.
  • Capacity to instill confidence and influence customer decisions through consultative guidance.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and establish realistic timeframes and resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to track record of identifying issues, gathering relevant information, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask across simultaneous projects, remaining focused under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management principles, with ability to handle multiple small projects or a few medium-sized concurrent projects.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Project, Lucid Chart, Confluence is an asset.
  • Competency in MS Office suite tools.
  • Acumen with AI tools.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
