We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our team at Calvino Coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
