About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Barista to join our team at Dome Coffees Australia. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in our coffee offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the coffee machine and grinders to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee stock levels of all beverages and maintain a high standard of inventory management
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and engaging with guests to enhance their experience
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months experience as a Head Barista in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee machine operation, grinders, and milk steamers
  • Excellent communication skills to enhance guest experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
