About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Barista to join our team at Dome Coffees Australia. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the coffee machine and grinders to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee stock levels of all beverages and maintain a high standard of inventory management
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Process orders and provide exceptional customer service to our guests
Requirements
  • At least 12 months experience as a Head Barista in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of coffee machine operation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
