About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a temp to perm basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and assisting with month-end duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Bookkeeping duties, including financial data entry and reconciliation
  • Full function Accounts Payable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Full function Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and credit control
  • Processing Payroll for 70 employees, including salary and benefit administration
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Assisting with month-end duties, including financial statement preparation and analysis
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper who possesses a well-developed attention to detail, ability to manage own time and meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in a similar role.
