We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a temp to perm basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, and assisting with month-end duties.
Key Responsibilities- General Bookkeeping duties, including financial record-keeping and data entry
- Full function Accounts Payable, including invoicing and payment processing
- Full function Accounts Receivable, including credit control and debt collection
- Processing Payroll for 70 employees, including salary and benefit administration
- Bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end duties, including financial reporting and analysis
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper who possesses a well-developed attention to detail, ability to manage own time and meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in a similar role.
What We Offer- Temp to perm opportunity, with the possibility of a permanent position
- Competitive hourly rate of $38-40 per hour, plus superannuation
