We have exciting opportunities for experienced Baristas at our soon to be opening venue in the hear of Sydney. We are offering an exciting chance to work with an experienced, professional crew and a wide range of equipment in a progressive environment, this is a position for serious applicants only.

**This role offers the opportunity to**:

- Join a strong team of passionate Baristas within a recognised brand
- Work with a leading specialty coffee roaster with an innovative approach to coffee
- Be supported by an award-winning roasting team, Head Barista and Barista Trainer
- Brew a range of espresso blends, single origins, and a variety of filter methods
- Work with state-of-the-art coffee equipment
- Attend our regular coffee tasting sessions
- Position yourself to grow within an exciting company with future opportunities

**You'll be perfect for this role if you have**:

- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, troubleshooting etc.)
- A strong work ethic with a customer-focus and positive attitude
- The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
- The ability to work a minimum three days a week including weekends
