We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities, illnesses, injuries, or employment barriers to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  • Assist participants with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
  • Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants in the workplace and beyond.
  • Collaborate with participants to create job plans that support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and other support services.
  • SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
Requirements
  • Hold full Australian working rights.
  • Hold a full Australian driver's license.
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
  • Be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
