Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
- Assist participants with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants in the workplace and beyond.
- Collaborate with participants to create job plans that support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
- Enhance participants' employability through training and other support services.
- SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
- Hold full Australian working rights.
- Hold a full Australian driver's license.
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
