About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering asset management projects, working closely with our clients to provide operational readiness support and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver asset management projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, spares assessments, and CMMS builds to ensure optimal asset performance.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring needs and expectations are fully satisfied.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive business growth and expand our asset management services.
  • Take a key role in reviewing, implementing, and improving asset management systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance and operations, with a strong background in asset management consulting services.
  • Extensive knowledge of CMMS, FMECA, RBI, RCM, RCA, FFS, or similar maintenance processes/systems.
  • Demonstrated track record in a consulting/project environment, securing new opportunities and extending service opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and undertake site work if required.
