**Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Centre Manager to lead and develop a team at our childcare centre, overseeing the operation of a licensed childcare centre with 180 places.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Childcare Educators and Teachers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children ages 6 months to 5 years old with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

We require a passion for Early Childhood Education, strong leadership style, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also possess a current Working with Children Check, an ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.

Our Centre Manager induction program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to feel confident in your new role, ensuring you are set up for success. This program includes a dedicated 4-weeks with one of our specially selected and trained Certified Trainers, invitations to a series of deep-dive workshops led by Subject Matter Experts, and ongoing support throughout your 6-month program provided by our Support Team and your Area Manager.
