Clinical Trial Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage the execution of clinical trials. As a key member of our development group, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing Phase 1 clinical research studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop study protocols and coordinate their implementation at organization facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators to design study protocols and ensure scientific integrity.
  • Plan logistics and resource usage for clinical trials, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment needs.
  • Track study progress against project milestones, client deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations globally and by region, including Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Supervise support employees and/or individual contributors, planning and directing their tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Deliver operational results that impact team achievement of results, contributing to overall organizational success.
  • Adapt new procedures, techniques, and tools to improve clinical trial processes and outcomes.
  • Understand basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.

  • Understanding of work impact on related areas.
