Compassionate Support Workers Sought
We are seeking reliable and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers. These roles involve assisting participants with community inclusion, independence, and capability, as well as assisted decision-making and promoting personal choice.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to participants according to individual care plans. This includes assisting with personal care, domestic assistance, respite care support, social activities, and group participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care and support to participants
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting participants in their homes and communities
- Transporting participants to engage in social activities and group participation
Requirements:
- Identification validation checks
- Current Driver's License and comprehensively insured vehicle
- NDIS worker screening check (not on Disability Worker Exclusion list)
- Criminal Record Check
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Completed NDIS orientation module
- Infection control training (COVID-19 management)
