About the Role
Our team is seeking a professional to fill the Data Maintenance Officer position on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of system supplier and client pricing data, ensuring seamless operations.
- Administer item code creation, maintenance, and removal in alignment with national and zone management team requests.
- Optimize stock accuracy and valuation through the input of stock adjustment, inventory re-valuation, and write-off submissions as directed by network and zone management teams.
About You
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with D365 is advantageous.
- Effective time management skills enable prioritization and completion of tasks.
- A self-starter with high attention to detail ensures meticulous work.
- Strong customer service skills facilitate effective interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
