Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our services in line with our Strategic and Operational Plan.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the NDIS sector and awareness of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Building and expanding service offerings across various regions.
  • Driving revenue growth and meeting onboarding targets each quarter by promoting and onboarding supports and services in NDIS respite, STA, MTA, SIL/SDA Accommodation, community and social participation, allied health, and day programs.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) growth opportunities within the NDIS sector.
  • Generating new business through cold calls, networking events, and building strong long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline by identifying potential new participants and business opportunities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to keep them informed about our services and identifying local community needs and opportunities.
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with other service providers, community groups, participants, families, carers, and government agencies to support the achievement of our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • A current Australian driver's licence.
  • A current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A current and valid Working with Children Check.
