Registrar Position in Orthopaedic Surgery

We are seeking a skilled medical practitioner to fill the role of Registrar in Orthopaedic Surgery. This position involves assisting experienced surgeons in theatre and outpatient clinics, conducting ward rounds, assessing patients, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a medical practitioner in Australia
  • Completion of a surgical training program or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an orthopaedic surgical unit
  • Knowledge of Australian medical terminology and procedures
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
