Your Role

As a trusted advisor to influential businesses, governments, and non-profits, you'll have the opportunity to innovate and make real impact from day one. You'll work alongside top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.

You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from various backgrounds and disciplines, developing new skills and experience to help you succeed at every stage of your career.

Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. As a consultant, you'll begin to develop specialized knowledge and handle larger components of our projects. You'll work closely with clients to identify issues, craft strategies for change, and win consensus for your recommendations.

  • Junior Consultant: Draw on business knowledge to help drive analysis, working alongside case team members and clients. With experience, take end-to-end responsibility for project workstreams.
  • Consultant: Develop specialized knowledge and handle significantly larger and more complex components of projects. Collaborate with clients to transform potential into performance.
