**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly adaptable Operations Support Assistant to join our AMA Collision WA team.

Reporting to the State Area Manager, in this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing administration and relief support in various roles such as Customer Service, Vehicle Estimators and Centre Managers as needed.

This is a permanent, full-time role that will be based at one of our various WA repair centres with flexibility and travel required to other various sites as needed in our AMA Collision WA network.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Providing end to end administrative support to the Area and Hiring Managers including invoicing and insurance related enquiries and processes.
- Providing temporary coverage for Customer Service Officers, Vehicle Estimators, and Site Managers as needed.
- Collaborating with the operations team to facilitate staff training and development programs.
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of standardised processes to drive operational efficiency across all sites.
- Conduct audits on quality, service delivery and systems.
- Assist and support operational teams in the preparation of monthly Forecasts and Budgets
- Monitor and report on repair centres’ performance and develop long and short term KPI’s.
- Work with the wider AMA People and Technology Team to ensure current and accurate information management.

- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly to various roles and responsibilities as required
- Proficiency in managing job invoicing and process optimization.
