Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.

The successful candidate will also have excellent technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and matter management skills. They will be able to serve as a key contact for Real Estate in Australia and provide assistance on client matters and related tasks as required.

  • Manage digital real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters
  • Provide expert advice on real estate law and practice
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in property/leasing
  • Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents
  • Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded
  • Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and matter management skills

You will also need to have a solid understanding of real estate law and practice, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
