Senior Project Lead

Oversee high-stakes IT initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timeline, resources, and risk to guarantee timely delivery within parameters.
  • Drive change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
  • Guide project managers, business analysts, and team members in executing complex IT programs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure project success and integration into organizational operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing change across key stakeholder groups and overseeing the planning and execution of IT projects.
  • Delivered multiple projects through expert teams.
  • Background in procurement management, including expertise in managing tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing performance assessments as needed.
  • Effective management of people, technical skills, and scheduling responsibilities.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the team and across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Progress toward one of the above certifications.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
