We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead high-impact IT initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee IT projects from inception to delivery, guaranteeing seamless integration of project outcomes.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Foster change management and drive continuous improvement across teams, promoting Lean methodologies and best practices.
- Guide cross-functional teams in executing complex IT programs, leveraging expertise in procurement management and contract negotiation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans to guarantee project success and integration into business operations.
- Experience in managing change, overseeing IT program planning, and delivering multiple projects through expert teams.
- Solid background in procurement management, including expertise in tender management, contract negotiation, and performance assessment.
- Effective management of people, technical abilities, and scheduling responsibilities, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience, along with a project management qualification, or progress toward one, is essential. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly beneficial.
