Job Title:

Leisure Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our leisure facilities, ensuring high-quality programs and services for the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to deliver efficient service delivery and smooth programming.
  • Provide clear direction, support, and mentoring to staff to ensure a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused team.
  • Manage revenue and expenditure within designated areas, contributing to overall budget management.
  • Prepare reports and statistical data for regular reporting, meeting specified time frames.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in financial and staff management, or extensive experience in these areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement services, programs, and activities that meet community needs.
  • High-level communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Current Driver's License and ability to use computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Must have or be prepared to obtain: current Pool Lifeguard qualification, Defibrillation Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Pool Operations Certificate, and Food Operations Certificate.
