Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Performance Management Reporting team in delivering high-quality performance analysis and insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.

  • Leverage your expertise in financial planning to drive strategic growth, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyse performance data to identify key risks and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with Senior stakeholders to shape reporting that evolves with the business needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes, and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards driving operational efficiencies.

About You:

  • Experienced professional in Financial Services or Corporate Finance, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Adept analytical thinker with a structured approach to solving complex problems.
  • Effective communicator with influence and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Technically proficient in finance, accounting, or actuarial analysis.
