A dynamic and nationally recognised media brand is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead its financial planning and performance function.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business, ideal for someone who thrives on strategic influence, executive interaction, and continuous improvement.
You will lead a small high-performing team, take full ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will: Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic long-term plans.
Deliver monthly performance reporting, consolidate and present P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis with key insights.
Executive and board reporting.
Produce high-quality packs with strategic commentary on risks, performance, and value creation.
Maintain robust 3-way financial models and scenario analysis to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
Work with functional leads to ensure financial alignment with commercial outcomes.
Manage monthly variance analysis and advise on corrective levers.
Improve dashboards, automate workflows, and support system enhancements.
Coach and lead the team – Develop capability, drive collaboration, and support succession planning within the FP&A team.
About You CA/CPA qualified, with 8+ years' experience in commercial finance and audit Strong knowledge of 3-way reporting and modelling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Proven leadership experience and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced Excel and enterprise reporting systems (e.g.
