Senior Technology Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Technology Leader to shape the future of our digital banking experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will be empowered to build, shape, and scale our tech ecosystem.

This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced technology leaders who possess deep hands-on expertise across software and platform engineering, architecture, cloud, and AI integration. You will partner with senior leadership to design overall tech direction, advise on technologies and complex integration strategies, and enable AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the migration of modern tooling, decommission outdated systems, and build a scalable, reliable, and secure ecosystem
  • Implement solutions to complex group-wide problems, enabling efficiencies and smart automation
  • Champion and embed a strong culture of DevSecOps and full-cycle engineering, where engineers use their creative mindset to design and build the best software solutions for customers
