CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $29.04 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and loading for working weekends and public holidays.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Advisor to join our team as Floor Manager in our Broadway Store. As a key member of our Management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Lead by example, embodying Sephora's DNA and showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through excellent customer service.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs, consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Foster open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the Management team.
- Prior retail management experience, particularly in areas such as profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A passion for experiential retail and excellent customer service, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand.
- A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
