**Factory Labourer Job Opportunity**

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for immediate hire at our production facility in Hallam.

The ideal candidate will be employed on a temporary-permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with the possibility of obtaining permanent employment after a successful six-month probation period.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform general laboring duties and manual handling tasks
  • Operate basic hand-tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Conduct brief assembly of frames and steel parts
  • Move lengths of timber

**Requirements:**

  • A positive attitude with attention to detail
  • Knowledge/experience using hand & power tools
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in various areas of the factory
