Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations providing support to individuals with a range of disabilities, including complex mental health needs or justice backgrounds.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans with participants, families, and advocates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best-practice guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and support staff while fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous learning.

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (Mental Health), Disability, or a related field.

- Understanding of psychosocial and forensic disabilities and complex support needs.
- Commitment to person-centred and rights-based practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
