Based in Tennant Creek, this role is your opportunity to influence positive change on the ground, across the boardroom, and within the lives of those we serve.You won't just be filling a seat — you'll be redefining how corporate services operate in a dynamic, culturally rich Aboriginal health setting.You Lead with Clarity, Culture and PurposeYou're more than experienced — you're resilient, clear-headed and calm under pressure, with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.Unbiased, professional, and principled, standing firm under pressureTeam-focused, with a drive to unify and collaborate across silosStrategic yet grounded, with the ability to plan long-term while managing daily complexityCulturally sensitive, especially toward Aboriginal employees and community structuresAdaptable and independent, suited to remote living with simplicity and perspectiveYou bring:Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or similarAt least 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business managementProven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reportingThe ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through changeHigh emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purposeAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

With support from the CEO, HR, and the acting Executive Manager, you'll receive a structured handover and gain valuable insights into internal systems, culture, and strategy.
You'll also start building relationships across departments and the community to understand the environment and opportunities ahead.Your Work Matters — and So Do YouIn addition to a salary starting from $150,000 (negotiable), you'll access:Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a.Subsidised accommodation in Tennant CreekUp to $5,000 relocation plus $5,000 repatriation supportRemote retention allowance of $7506 weeks annual leaveStudy leave availableFree GP and dental services (lab work excluded)Vehicle allowanceLead Change.
