Policy Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Policy Administrator to join our dynamic underwriting team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team environment and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Lodge new business and renewal submissions with precision and accuracy.
  • Allocate tasks across the Underwriting team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Issue claim histories in a timely manner.
  • Manage the monthly issuance of renewal notices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Register submissions and allocate tasks into our Operating System.
  • Process mid-term adjustments according to underwriting approval and issue documentation.
  • Develop strong relationships with broker administration staff, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
  • Handle reception overflow calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Issue timely and accurate policy documentation.
  • Clear Pending Cash report in a timely manner and report to managers on outstanding items.
Requirements:
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and digital literacy.
  • A passion for customer service and a drive to grow business through team success.
  • Administration experience in financial services (insurance or banking) is valued but not essential.
  • Transferrable skills and a willingness to learn are highly regarded.
