**Career Opportunity for a Dedicated Educator**
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Before School Care, After School Care and School Holiday Care programs in Melbourne.
As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to develop, plan and implement educational programs for children, while ensuring all policies and procedures are in line with Department of Education's guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management and support of team members
- Developing and implementing educational programs
- Maintaining compliance with regulations
In addition to your management responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to lead one of our core programs including administration, rostering and supervising staff.

**About the Role**
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday between 7am - 6pm. You will be rewarded with a generous total remuneration package and career progression opportunities.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Childhood or Education studies
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid training
