We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff. In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and support to public and private hospitals across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical and technical guidance during complex orthopaedic procedures, focusing on hip and knee replacement surgery.
  • Establish strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and effective case planning.
  • Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the safe and effective use of medical devices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve territory objectives and drive business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and clinical techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure that all patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as nursing, physiotherapy, science, or biomedical engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Current driver's license and flexibility to travel as required for business purposes.
