ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Insurance Specialist, you will assist the Senior Insurance Specialist and the broader ANZ Insurance team in managing all aspects of the SG Fleet Insurance portfolio. Your role will involve effective communication with both internal and external clients to foster the growth of the insurance portfolio.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing administrative support to the insurance department, utilizing relevant IT systems, managing project-related activities, conducting system testing, and handling claims and settlements.
  • Liaising on total losses and assisting with ad-hoc claim reporting.
  • Supporting underwriting activities, including loss performance analysis for new proposals and renewal invitations, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitoring the performance of SG Fleet's Motor Vehicle Insurance Suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on Fleet & Premium, including reforecasting and reporting for SG Fleet Insurance.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the insurance offerings and building strong professional relationships with clients, third-party insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and risk guidelines while fostering a mindset of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and client experience.
