As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with Educators in your center to observe, assess, and continuously improve the educational programs provided to children. You will enhance the team's comprehension of child development and early years curriculum, guiding the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the center leadership team, you will spearhead transformative initiatives and advocate for excellence in educational practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
