As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with fellow Educators to assess, refine, and continuously improve the educational programs available to children. You will enhance the team's knowledge of child development and early childhood education, guiding the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework. Partnering closely with the centre leadership team, you will spearhead transformative initiatives and advocate for excellence in educational methodologies.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- In-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration
