About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality educational programs.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
