As a Senior Power Systems Engineering Leader, you will oversee grid connection studies and develop strategic relationships with global counterparts. This leadership position directs model development, manages grid connection studies and modeling, and performs studies using tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, PSS/Sincal, and DIgSILENT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in directing model development
  • Manage grid connection studies and modeling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts
  • Perform studies and assess results using power systems tools

You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team and offer technical support to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 10 years of industry experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the power systems engineering sector
  • Deep knowledge of power systems within transmission, distribution, and/or renewable energy sectors
  • Proven leadership capabilities
