Seasonal Laboratory Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic laboratory assistant to support our winemaking team during the 2026 vintage period. This is an exceptional chance to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced winery environment and contribute to the production of high-quality wines.

About the Role
  • Assist the winemaking team with routine sampling and analysis throughout the vintage period
  • Conduct testing on grape samples to monitor their quality and composition
  • Monitor ferments for various parameters, including Baume, temperature, YAN, pH, TA, Alcohol, Glucose & Fructose (G+F), and Malolactic fermentation (Malo)

This role requires a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to work shifts and weekends. You will also need reliable transportation and be available for the full vintage period.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in science preferred
  • Previous experience in a laboratory environment or related field desirable
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
