Vintage Laboratory Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a seasonal role at our winery. As a laboratory assistant, you will be responsible for routine sampling and analysis of tanks, testing grape samples, and monitoring ferments for key parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sampling and analysis of wine tanks
  • Testing grape juice and must samples
  • Monitoring fermentation progress
Requirements:
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work shifts and weekends
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Available for the full vintage period
  • At least 18 years old
