As a Vintage Winemaker, you will be actively involved in all aspects of vintage winemaking, including:

- Grading and allocation of fruit and wines
- Fermentation management
- Coordinating and programming cellar operations
- Liaising with cellar staff to ensure smooth workflow

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking
- Minimum of 3 years’ winemaking experience, ideally in large-scale winery operations
- Proven ability to manage and lead large teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, including proficiency with computer systems
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Practical understanding of large winery operations

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with EZY-Wine software
- Background in fast-paced commercial table wine production

**Additional Requirements**:

- Own reliable transport
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
