At Seed Heritage, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail network. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Dual Site Concession Manager to join our team at David Jones Chermside Pads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our concession pads. They will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating sophisticated sales techniques, product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is passionate about creating memorable and seamless customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
