Job Purpose

• Full-time Occupational Therapy role (4.5 days per week)
• Open to entry-level practitioners for an immediate start
• Focus on functional outcomes, with person-centred and evidence-based approaches
• Working alongside an experienced team of occupational and speech therapists.

Role

• Assessment and intervention for young children to adults who experience challenges with daily living, sensory processing, motor skills, cognition, and psychosocial well-being
• Clients may have developmental delays, autism, physical disabilities, neurological conditions, mental health challenges
• Hybrid services within the clinic, through telepractice, as well as community visits

Criteria

• Qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• A driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle

Onboarding

• Career development pathway for all team members
• 12-week structured onboarding process

Clinical support

• Regular external and weekly internal clinical supervision and support
• Continues throughout your employment as a regular commitment
• Above award rates, with relevant qualifications, work and clinical experience considered

Professional Development

• Allowance provided to attend professional development
• Professional development is regularly offered
