About the Company

Speech in Focus is expanding their team, and we are a thriving, values-driven allied health practice looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team. About the Role

Provide person-centred occupational therapy to paediatric and adult clients with a focus on functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services across clinic, telepractice, and community settings.
• Support individuals with developmental delays, autism, physical and neurological conditions, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement therapy plans and interventions.
• Write professional reports and collaborate with families, educators, and NDIS stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
• Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and AFP Check
• A driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Preferred:

• Experience or interest in autism, sensory processing, neurological or psychosocial conditions
• Passion for achieving measurable outcomes
• Culturally responsive and neurodiverse-affirming approach
