Fin Design + Effects, a renowned VFX studio based in Sydney, seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage the front desk and provide comprehensive administrative support.

Job Description
  • Reception Duties:
  1. Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor.
  2. Answer phone calls, screen emails, and forward messages as necessary.
  3. Manage mail, deliveries, and visitor logs.
Office Management:
  1. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and kitchen stock.
  2. Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
  3. Liaise with building management for maintenance issues.
Client Services:
  1. Assist with client hospitality, including refreshments and catering.
  2. Coordinate client meetings and presentations.
Compliance and Security:
  1. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  2. Implement security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in office management or reception.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
